The Opening is important to build up   to know what your client wants to talk about and establish his/her  .

In the Opening you should create a confidential   by having a small-talk and thus developing a contact with your  . This helps to create room for establishing the concern of the meeting as well as the expectations of your client and the   of the dialogue. This phase helps you to   and develop transparency throughout the entire dialogue.
